Bridge over the Daró river, in the bypass of La Bisbal d´Empordà

Abstract

A composite deck over the Daró River in La Bisbal d?Empordà (46.7 m span and 12.4 m width) is exposed. The adopted structural typology combines the existing technical determinants (clearance, the bridge abutement support conditions and the drainage capacity) with an appropiate integration of the structure in the urban environment and a good aesthetic quality.
